Your Role:

  • Technical Support Engineer II: Lead the charge in resolving complex issues independently.
  • Mentorship Opportunity: Guide and train Technical Support Engineer I.
  • Drive Innovation: Contribute insights to enhance our product based on customer feedback.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years in Support Engineering and Software Engineering.
  • Proficiency in RESTful/GraphQL APIs and modern JavaScript frameworks.
  • Experience with CMS, particularly Headless CMS, is a plus.
  • Remote work experience preferred.
