Work Experience: 0-5 Years (2023, 2022-2020 Batch Preferred)

Responsibilities:

• Advise delivery teams on the implementation of privacy-related requirements.
• Conduct employee awareness sessions on the lawful handling of personally identifiable information.
• Assess subcontracting/outsourcing of data processing and recommend privacy controls.
• Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
• Identify and assess risks, plan and implement risk mitigation plans.
• Lead the data breach handling process for effective resolution of privacy-related gaps.
• Manage personal data access requests from individuals.
• Liaise with external Privacy and Data Protection Counsel for expert views and audits.
• Identify and implement internal initiatives on Data Privacy.

Technical and Professional Requirements:

• Excellent understanding of internal processes and systems across various enterprise functions.
• Strong understanding of Delivery operations.
• Quick learner with excellent business communication skills.
• Privacy certifications such as CIPP (US/EU/IT), DCPLA, DCPP are desirable.

Preferred Skills:

• Data Privacy expertise, including knowledge of General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and relevant certifications (CIPT, CIPP, DCPLA).

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor of Engineering.
