Your Role: Back-end Developer

Responsibilities:

• Design and engineer cutting-edge AI solutions
• Develop, optimize, and maintain high-quality software products
• Collaborate with diverse teams to meet user needs
• Apply best practices for software engineering excellence

What You’ll Do:

• Craft innovative AI solutions in a fast-paced environment
• Integrate AI solutions into IBM's esteemed CICS portfolio
• Use IBM’s Design Thinking for high-performance, secure, and stable solutions

Skills Development:

• Master AI technologies, especially Large Language Models (LLM)
• Tackle challenges in AI content and code generation
• Explore AI’s business applications and Watsonx platform benefits

Required Skills:

• Strong Java expertise
• Understanding of container technologies
• Interest in AI principles like prompt engineering and RAG data transformations
• Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with agile, DevOps, and continuous delivery

Preferred Skills:

• Interest in z/OS and mainframe technologies
• Experience with CI/CD methodologies
• Agile Application Development & Scrum knowledge
• Proficiency in COBOL, JCICS, Python, Golang
• Ability to define innovative test strategies
