Key Responsibilities: 📑 Validate candidate documents for Background Verification. 📞 Follow-up with candidates for document completion. 🤝 Collaborate with vendor inplants for seamless closure of ongoing verifications. 🔍 Scrutinize vendor reports, taking necessary actions, and escalating to leadership when needed. 📊 Maintain daily dashboards for assigned cases, ensuring adherence to SLAs. 🔍 Handle queries from candidates, associates, and clients with professionalism. 📈 Analyze Background Verification reports for audit preparations.
Skills Required:
- 🗣️ Good oral and written communication skills.
- 📊 Proficient in MS Excel, capable of preparing ad hoc reports.
- 🔍 Basic understanding of Background Verification processes.
- 📊 Basic knowledge of Power BI (optional, but advantageous).
Location: Chennai - DLF Manapakkam, Block 4 - Floors 6 & 7
